ABA Services
Your child’s learning experience will always be provided directly by the analyst. All services are also provided with significant parent support, collaboration with outside agencies, and partnerships with other ABA clinics as needed.
Behavior Therapy

• Increase language and communication skills
• Improve attention, focus, social skills, memory, and academics
• Decrease problem behaviors -
The goal is to increase behaviors that are helpful and decrease behaviors that are harmful or affect learning. We’ll set measurable age appropriate goals are set as a team with adults in your child’s care plan including family, teachers, daycare provider and clinician.
Sleep Training

“Parents have developed amazing survival tactics, but sleep problems are not a life sentence” ( Hanley, 2022). Assessment, individualized plans, and intensive support based on “Going to Bed Without Tears” by Greg Hanley, PhD, BCBA-D and Mashid Ghaemmaghami, PhD, BCBA-D. Statistics show that a child with ASD or related disorders will probably not grow out of it.
Sleep problems include:
• Taking too long to fall asleep
• Not falling to sleep independently
• Not sleeping long enough
• Difficulty falling back asleep
• Early awakeningsRequires the purchase of REMI “okay to wake clock” and accompanying app.
Parenting Classes

This class is an intense 8 week class for parents of children with ASD and other behavioral difficulties. Classes are based on Schramm & Millers 7 Steps of Instructional Control. We can provide your child with reasons for better attention, focus, and positive interaction. You can gain your child’s willingness to let you make the decisions. And show your child that the fastest & easiest way to get what they need/want if to follow directions.
Requires the purchase of The Seven Steps to Earning Instructional Control by Robert Schramm and Megan Miller.
Social Skills Groups

This service is provided for children of all ages. Children will be staffed approximately 3:1 with analyst and assistant in a group of approximately 6 -10. These sessions will work on teaching social and group skills to help with establishing/maintaining friendships, working cooperatively, and school readiness with children in a range of age groups. These groups typically occur in the summer months based on availability of both children and staff. *Social Skills groups are offered on an extremely limited basis due to hesitancy of clients to participate in a group setting.
Educational Support

ABA principles can offer significant improvement for learning. Organization, task completion, concentration on non-preferred tasks, toleration, and follow through. Through this support, analyst is qualified to offer tutoring and/or recommend tutors for all grade levels. It is required that students are willing to fully participate in sessions for this support to be effective. Students must be willing to set realistic goals, attempt analysts directions/solutions, communicate with teachers when requested by analyst and arrive ready to learn. Additional daily data collection by the student is required based on the agreed upon goals. Student willingness will impact the success of this service. Parents must be willing to participate as needed to remove reinforcement, give reinforcement, and follow analysts directions/solutions to support their child. Analyst must be invited to all school meetings. Students are responsible for their grades.
